Project Management

Our project management teams are headed by experienced, certified project management professionals (PMPs).  These project managers are seasoned and can manage rail and signal engineering projects from conception until the project is placed in service.  We provide technical input and coordinate with various teams throughout the life of the projects.  Our project managers are also intricately involved in the design, estimating, compiling bill of material, scheduling, construction, and in-service testing of projects. We strive to ensure that customer needs are exceeded and quality solutions are provided.  Our pool of experience within the railroad industry enables us to provide technically sound, cost effective, and user-friendly solutions to our customers.
