GTABS Enters into a Service Agreement with Wabtec/Xorail on Florida’s Brightline High Speed Passenger Rail Project

ATLANTA, Ga – February 4, 2021 – GTABS Engineering, Inc. has been tapped to provide system test engineering, cut-in support, and other essential engineering functions for Wabtec/Xorail Corporation on Florida’s 4-billion-dollar Brightline High Speed Rail project. 

Brightline is actively constructing a new rail line to bring passengers from our Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach stops to Orlando. Further passenger rail service connecting Orlando and terminating in Tampa is expected to open in 2022. Additionally, another three stops along South Florida Express line has been implemented, which now includes stations in Aventura, Boca Raton and PortMiami.

GTABS will provide the following critical engineering services all Phases (I, II & III) of implementation: Service Test Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Signal Engineering, and Signal Design.
