CSX Birmingham Double Track

GTABS provided construction management services for a three-phased CSX double tracking project along the companies mainline through Birmingham’s terminal. Nestled in the heart of Alabama’s largest city, the $2 million project increased rail capacity and ease highway traffic. GTABS is managing the construction aspect of the entire project which encompasses supervising CSX signal team, reviewing design plans, coordinating essential materials and equipment, and organizing the daily duties for the construction team.
